Postage and Delivery Times
We charge a standard postage of £2.50 on all items with an additional 50p per extra item and all items are sent recorded delivery so you will have to sign for the item on receipt.
Free Delivery on orders over £30 UK ONLY
Heavy and Fragile Items come with additional postage costs and very small items a reduced cost which will be made clear on Checkout.
Whilst we make every effort to get your order out on the same day, all orders received after midday will be sent the following working day. In addition, orders placed Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on Tuesday and for bank holidays the next working day.
December Deliveries may take longer.
These are the days between and including Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.
All our Games are sold as Pre-Owned unless Marked as “NEW” any codes that may come with pre-owned Games should be considered used and games cannot be returned due to these codes not working.
Some Discs May have slight Marks on but all are fully tested and working.
Refunds will only be given on faulty (non Working) DVD’s, consoles and Games that we are unable to repair to a working state (Repair Time May Vary) or replace with same item.
All returned items will be fully tested before a refund is given.
Refunds will not be given:
- Because you or the person it was bought for don’t like it
- It was Bought in Error for You or Someone else
- You or the person it was bought for find it too hard
No Refund will be given for any item suffering damage after the POINT OF SALE All Items sold on-line are photographed and dated before dispatch as proof of The Quality of the item sent.
Delayed / Lost Delivery:
Gamer Nights only considers an order is lost if it is not received within 14 days after the date Animez has dispatched the order.
Claims for lost orders can only be applied for after 28 days from the date the order was dispatched. It is recommended that the customer call their local Royal Mail Collection Office/Depot as in many cases that it is being held for the customer to collect.
It is known that the postal service don’t always leave a card regarding a mis-delivery.
Right to Cancel, Refund / Returns
The Customer may cancel their order, for any reason and at any time, up to seven working days after the Customer has received their goods. A ‘working day’ means a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday (excludes Public Holiday). In the event that the Customer wishes to cancel their order, the Customer must contact Gamer Nights by writing, email, telephone.
Should a customer wish to invoke their right to cancel on any item, the product must be returned to Gamer Nights in its original packaging and in a resalable condition with all seals and wrappings.
Should the Customer invoke their right to cancel, the following Terms apply.
If Gamer Nights has not yet despatched the product, Gamer Nights will cancel the Customer’s order and arrange refund to the Customer’s account.
If Gamer Nights has already despatched the product, the Customer undertakes the responsibility to return that product to Gamer Nights.In this event, Gamer Nights will refund the cost of the item, but will not refund any postal charges paid by the Customer as part of their initial order. The Customer must return the item to Gamer Nights within 21 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
